Email signups
Signup buttons take you to HLE pages hosted by Kit. If you sign up, Kit processes your email address and the details you choose to provide. HLE uses them to deliver the requested guide, manage your interest-list registration and send the HLE emails described on that signup page. Forms require email confirmation.
You can unsubscribe through the link in an HLE email. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information.
Service providers and links
This website uses hosted website infrastructure and Google Fonts. Requests to hosting and font providers can include technical information such as your IP address and browser details. We have not added advertising pixels or custom visitor analytics to this site.
Kit manages the signup pages, email delivery and associated engagement reporting. Website links include campaign labels to distinguish guide and interest-list sources. External services have their own privacy information: Kit, OpenAI and Google.
Support messages
If you email HLE, we use your message and contact details to respond and resolve the issue. Please share only what is needed. Do not send card numbers, passwords or private medical records. HLE support is not a clinical service.
Purchases
No programme purchases are open on this website. Before sales open, the purchase process will provide the relevant delivery, payment, support and consumer information. Joining an interest list is not a purchase.
